Dina Al-Waheab is a Business and Organizational Psychologist who graduated from Coventry University-UK with a Master’s degree in Business and Organizational Psychology, Dina has more than 18 years of working experience in both the private and government sector.
She is a member of The Association of Business Psychology-UK. In addition, her research received an award of excellence from the association for the level of distinction, and the best research in the field of Business Psychology for Coventry University of the year 2018.
She is the founder of DEEP Consultancy, which is considered the first Kuwaiti company that applied psychology into business. She is also the founder of “SpeakUp Kuwait” program, which is the first public speaking program that combined psychology with public speaking in Kuwait.
She is also the Chairman of the Association of the Improvement of Workplace Environment- Kuwait.

Dina’s main focus is on Executives, and the various stresses occurring from the responsibilities of the job that might affect performance.
