Desiree Been is an Occupational Therapist with 20 years of experience practicing in a multicultural environment. She earned her BSc in Occupational Therapy in the United States at Florida International University in 1997 and has been practicing Occupational Therapy in the United States, United Kingdom, Riyadh Saudi Arabia and Doha Qatar. She has had experience in the hospital environment, private and government clinics, special education settings and home therapy. This experience includes managing Occupational Therapy teams, developing new Occupational Therapy services, presentations and training provisions, and providing intervention to adults and children with neurological delays, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Dyspraxia, orthopedic conditions and other medical conditions.
