Elena is a licensed child and adolescent psychiatrist with more than 13 years of clinical experience in the field of neurodevelopmental disorders and child and adolescent psychiatry, both in inpatient and outpatients setting.

She is a passionate child and adolescent psychiatrist with a transcultural approach, with areas of interest on social withdrawal, anxiety, mood disorders, early onset psychosis. She provides home interventions in collaboration with families and schools.

She has previous clinical experiences in low income settings and with refugees.

She’s trained in evidence-based scales of evaluation of intellectual disabilities, ADHD, learning disabilities, developmental treatment of autism spectrum disorders, with extensive experience on the early diagnosis.

She deeply believes in the value of team-working and on community-based approaches to promote and achieve mental wellbeing in young ages.
