Dr. Letizia is Italian Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist with more than 15 years of experience in Mental Health field, working in her private practice and medical clinics in Italy. She graduated in 2007 as Psychologist ( University of Florence, Italy) and she did her internship in an Child Abuse Center in 2009.

She completed her Post Graduate Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology (2015) with specialization in Family and Couple Psychotherapy.

Dr. Letizia firmly believes that mental health is everyone’s right, and it should be a priority, not an option, because emotional and mood difficulties are extremely common due to hard, painful and challenging periods and events in life. Sometimes happens that people feel lonely, abandoned, not seen, not appreciated, not valued, rejected, not understood, isolated and all these difficulties can be extremely hard to handle; they could transform in severe conditions if not recognized and faced. Asking for help could be hard, but is necessary in order to manage the struggle and gain the wellbeing deserved.

Psychotherapy offers a safe, supportive and non judgmental and reassuring space where dr. Letizia helps her client to process their emotional difficulties, to learn how to cope with them and to improve client’s inner strengths and resources. Her work is based on seriousness, respect, dedication, compassion and commitment. She use to integrate several psychotherapy approaches focusing on client needs since everyone has a different background and a story to be heard, understood and process to maintain a fulfilling mental well-being.
