I am an Irish physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience in Kuwait and UK where I worked primarily in the orthopedic outpatient department. I started my career in 2011 following my graduation from the Bournemouth University, UK. Over the course of my career, I completed many postgraduate training programs, including courses on manual therapy, Pilates, dry needling, and acupuncture. In my clinical practice, I usually take a holistic treatment approach combining manual therapy techniques with other treatment adjuncts to achieve the best results for my patients.
Given my particular interest in women’s health, I am so enthusiastic about developing the Women’s Health Department. One of my main goals is to help women reach optimum health and well-being by raising their awareness about the great benefits of physiotherapy at every stage of their life, including pregnancy, post-partum, and menopause. I help my female patients with a variety of conditions, including dyspareunia (painful intercourse), urine incontinence, and general pelvic pain.
