Estefania Hanna is a licensed adult clinical psychologist and psychotherapist. She graduated from the American University of Beirut with a Master’s degree in clinical psychology. She completed a two-year clinical training at the American University of Beirut Medical Center where she specialized in adult psychotherapy and was trained and supervised in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Estefania offers individual therapy sessions to adults in Arabic, English, Spanish, and French. She has experience working with a range of disorders including, but not limited to, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma related disorders, personality disorders, and sexual disorders.

Estefania helps her clients reach a place of awareness and acceptance through a space that is safe, humanistic, collaborative, and open. Her approach in session is client oriented and tailored to the needs and goals of the individual.
