As an educator and wellness professional, I have been teaching clients effective and research-based health and wellness strategies for over 20 years. I have seen the positive impact that movement, healthy nutrition, mindfulness, and community support have on mental health, personal and professional success, as well as learning and performance outcomes.
I am committed to getting to know each individual client and gaining an understanding of what’s important to them. I specialize in developing individualized wellness programs designed to fit my client’s lifestyle and personal goals. We address habits and choices related to food and fitness. I then coach my clients throughout their journey toward optimal health, energy, weight management, and mental clarity. The result is a healthy mind and body, development of lifestyle habits that will last a lifetime, and an increased confidence in themselves. I have experience with clients dealing with various conditions including IBS, menopause, depression, anxiety, arthritis, chronic fatigue, and challenges with weight loss or weight gain.
I have worked with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and ability levels. I have led university campus initiatives and taught the Mind & Body Fitness course I developed for students and faculty at three Universities. Additionally, I have led professional development programs for several organizations and presented as a keynote speaker at many conferences in the wellness, education, women’s health, and youth leadership industries.
