Sinead is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with 12 years of experience working as a therapist,

and subsequently a BCBA, for children with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and

genetic disorders. She has extensive experience in teaching verbal behaviour and in the treatment of

challenging behaviour. Sinéad began her training in the UK with Skybound Autism Therapies and

completed it at the Carbone Clinic Dubai where she worked as a Clinical Supervisor.

Sinead has experience working on home based, clinic based and school-based programmes. She has led

a multidisciplinary team as Clinical Director of one of the first school-based inclusion services in Dubai,

offering children individualised evidence-based therapy alongside their typically developing peers.

Sinéad is passionate about teaching children to communicate effectively, teaching meaningful and

functional skills and empowering parents to be their child’s most effective teacher.

Sinéad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from University College Cork, a Masters degree

in Psychological Research Methods from the University of Edinburgh and a Graduate Certificate in

Applied Behaviour Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology.
