I believe that there are strengths and weaknesses in all of us. In any challenging situation the first step to making things better is to find a supportive non-judgmental counsellor to help us better understand the issues and develop a strategy for dealing with them. Drawing on my professional training and a wealth of personal experience, I promise clients with a compassionate perspectives and a safe environment in which to explore and navigate any problems.
I have worked in a number of different settings including as a teacher, Carer and counselor, and have lived in a variety of different countries all of which have helped me to develop a broad perspectives in which to frame my client’s issues. I consider myself worldly wise but forever curious and have a strong commitment to helping others.
