Yasmeen Hayat is a Full-time Clinical Psychology trainee at University College London (UCL) where she is working on her doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Prior to this, Yasmeen received a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and Psychology from the University of Southern California (USC) and a Master’s degree in Psychology from New York University (NYU) where she graduated with high honors.

Yasmeen takes a multimodal approach to therapy and intervention and is currently training on CBT, Third-wave CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Psychodynamic therapy.

With previous training in ABA therapy, she also has experience working with children with developmental delays. She also spent several years as a research coordinator, and as an avid believer in the importance of research, Yasmeen ensures all her practice is up to date and supported as best practice by the scientific literature.
