I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and a registered member of the BABCP, delivering talking therapies to a vast range of clients.
As your therapist I am here to listen and to help you overcome difficulties through one of the leading evidence based treatments: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Life can be like a rollercoaster – we can feel okay one minute and the next, feel empty, with no sense of purpose or direction. Does this sound familiar? Do you need a safe space to talk? You have come to the right place. Realising that you are struggling can be hard to admit, but you have already been brave and taken the first step – I am here to help you continue onto the next part of your healing journey.
I aim to help you understand your thoughts, feelings and how this impacts the way you act/behave. Our sessions will give you tools to help better manage the symptoms that have been impacting your life.
It’s time to put yourself first.
