There’s a place of deep resilience and immense expansive peace within each of us that is always there for us to learn to access no matter what we’ve been through. My job and purpose is to support you on your journey to reconnect back to that place.

I’m a UK-licensed psychotherapist and experienced yoga teacher specialized in working with anxiety, trauma, grief, relationships, stress management and personal growth. I draw from extensive experience and training in somatics and embodiment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, hypnotherapy, inner parts dynamics, attachment theory, and the neuroscience behind mindfulness and mind-body practices, to customize an integrative approach that honors your unique individuality and goals.

Everyone deserves to have to have compassionate and understanding support in a safe collaborative space to process and make sense of their experiences. Together we will explore your patterns (mental, emotional and behavioral), challenges and strengths. With that understanding we will tap into your existing resources and develop new skills to expand your possibilities and overcome whatever is holding you back.

I’m passionate about empowering others to understand how the mind works and how our bodies communicate with us through impulses and sensations. In our work together we’ll explore how to safely and comfortably navigate emotions, body signals and thoughts to your benefit to create more internal and external safety, enabling you to trust your capacity to deal with whatever comes your way.

It’s been my experience that meeting ourselves more deeply and learning to navigate our lives and relationships with more skill and ease is extremely transformative, fulfilling and empowering. I also believe that the journey doesn’t always have to feel heavy and serious and that there are also times when the process can feel lighter, full of curiosity – and dare I say even humor sometimes. I love watching people grow and thrive, it is my honor and joy to support you on your journey and walk this path with you.
