After graduating from the University of Miami, Florida, I completed a Masters in Nutrition for Health & Human Performance from the same university, as well as a bachelor’s in Nutrition from the University of Leeds, UK. I enjoy helping people combat diseases, boost activity, and improve their overall wellbeing by encouraging them to make positive changes in their eating habits. I always keep myself updated on nutrition’s latest research, practices, and evidence-based interventions to improve my skills and help my clients reach their health goals and become better versions of themselves.
