I believe that we each come to this world holding within us a True Self, that is all knowing, all loving, all healing and at peace. We long to connect to others and be authentic and true to ourselves.

And as we journey through life and its challenges, we learn ways to survive and protect ourselves from both physical and emotional harm. These ways effect and shape our beliefs about ourselves and the world, causing a dysregulated nervous system that is functioning from a survival stance, resulting in symptoms such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, chronic pain & chronic stress.

In my practice I use Breathwork combined with other modalities such as CBT, hypnotherapy, body work & family therapy to release suppressed emotions and experiences that are stored in the body and effecting our current experience of life and work into integrating them back in a healthy way.

In addition I teach Breathwork as tool to self-regulate, calm down panic attacks, release stress and anxiety, deal with grief, energize, alleviate mood and cope with depression.

Together we will embark on a journey of self – awareness, in a space that is safe and non-judgmental where we will talk, breathe, write and move, to unpack the various layers that inhibits you from achieving your desired goal. We will work on recognizing the body-mind connection, befriending emotions, understanding the nervous system, challenging thoughts & limiting beliefs and developing effective coping skills to live a more authentic & connected life.
