I am a psychologist offering a compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Psychology from Kuwait University. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem difficulties, relationship challenges, grief, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), unresolved childhood experiences, and trauma-related concerns.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from relational therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt therapy, parts work, and EMDR. I believe therapy is not only about symptom management, but also about developing deeper self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier ways of relating to oneself and others.

My work focuses on creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel genuinely seen and understood. Together, we explore emotional patterns, protective responses, and underlying experiences that may be impacting present-day life, while working toward greater clarity, self-compassion, and emotional healing.

Sessions are offered in Arabic and English.
