Zain holds an MSc in Developmental Disorders from the University of Nottingham and an honours BSc in Psychology with Clinical Psychology from the University of Kent, with intensive DBT training and certification in CBT-E for eating disorders. She offers CBT, DBT, psychodynamic and supportive therapy, and psychoeducation.
