Nada Mosbah began her clinical journey after earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with First Class Honors and her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology with Distinction. With over a year of supervised clinical experience, she has worked with children, adolescents, and adults, with a particular focus on young adults navigating childhood trauma, depression, and anxiety. She also has experience supporting clients facing addiction, obsessive compulsive disorder, borderline personality disorder, mood disorders, schizophrenia, and trauma-related disorders.

Her recent research and clinical specialization centers on childhood trauma, attachment, and emotion regulation, particularly in young adults and expatriates. This foundation shapes her therapeutic insight and deepens her understanding of how early relational wounds inform present struggles.

Nada’s approach is eclectic and collaborative, drawing from psychodynamic therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), with a strong emphasis on dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT). She aims to help clients gain insight into their patterns while also developing practical tools for emotional regulation and relational healing.

In her own words:

“In our sessions, we’ll focus on your symptoms, not just labels. Whether you’ve received a diagnosis, self-identify with certain patterns, or simply need a space to process, we’ll explore what matters most to you. You are the expert on your life—I’m here to listen, support, and equip you.”

As a Muslim Arab clinician, Nada offers therapy in both English and Arabic, and she honors the cultural and religious values of each client. Faith and culture are integrated only when and how you wish, ensuring that the therapeutic space is always safe, inclusive, and trauma-informed.
